Four pillars, zero shortcuts.
Architectural Photography
We capture the dialogue between the built environment and Bali’s natural landscape. From dramatic cliffside elevations in Uluwatu to sustainable bamboo structures in the heart of Ubud, we focus on geometry, scale, and the precise behavior of natural light across your facade.
Interior & Design Photography
Capturing the Atmosphere of the Room Great interior photography doesn’t just show a floor plan—it makes the viewer feel what it is like to stand in the space. We meticulously style and light each room to highlight premium textures, bespoke furnishings, spatial flow, and ambient mood.
Hospitality & Resort Lifestyle
Travelers don’t just book a room; they book an experience. We create immersive visual narratives that highlight the unique guest journey at your property. From tranquil wellness spas and infinity pools to world-class dining and curated guest interactions, we craft imagery that triggers wanderlust and converts lookers into booked guests.
Aerial & Environmental Photography
Showcasing Scale, Location, and Context In Bali, the surrounding landscape is just as important as the architecture itself. Our drone imagery provides breathtaking contextual perspectives, showcasing how your property integrates with lush jungle canopies, oceanfront cliffs, or sweeping rice terraces.

Dekko Photography opening
In 2007, Dekko Photography was founded with a singular focus: to capture the quiet, shifting dialogue between tropical architecture and natural light. Long before the rise of digital hyper-saturation, the practice began in the stillness of raw spaces—observing how morning light moves across hand-carved teak, how ambient shadows soften open-air pavilions, and how human sanctuary merges with nature. What started nearly two decades ago as a dedication to authentic spatial storytelling has evolved into a trusted studio for premier resorts, luxury villas, and architectural pioneers across Bali and beyond.
3rd Winner Bali Fashion Weeks
Recognized on the runway with a 3rd-place award at Bali Fashion Week 2008, Dekko Photography learned early on that great visuals are driven by atmosphere. Fashion photography demanded an acute awareness of detail—how light glides across fabric, how silhouette creates tension, and how a single frame evokes a mood. Today, we apply that exact editorial discipline to Bali’s world-class villas and resorts, capturing spatial geometry with the same elegance and cinematic feel as haute couture.
Solo Photo Exhibition with I Nyoman Sujana (Installation Artwork), I Nyoman Sura (Art Performance)
Beyond commercial commissions, Dekko Photography’s evolution was shaped by fine-art inquiry, highlighted by the conceptual exhibition "Apa Ini Apa Itu" (What is This, What is That). Centered on framing spatial perception and form, the exhibition challenged viewers to look beyond literal subjects to examine shadow play, geometric texture, and the fluid boundary between built spaces and natural landscapes in Bali. This milestone established the studio’s signature philosophy: capturing architecture not just as physical structures, but as provocative visual experiences.
Indonesian Representative, International Wedding Soire
In 2011, Dekko Photography reached a major international milestone: being selected as the official Indonesian Representative at the prestigious International Wedding Soiree. Showcasing Southeast Asian luxury visual storytelling on a global platform, this recognition affirmed the studio's mastery in capturing high-stakes, grand-scale celebrations. It reinforced a core strength that defines Dekko to this day—the ability to seamlessly document human intimacy, high fashion, and architectural splendor in fast-moving, unscripted environments.
Videographer Awards - Silk Road
Dekko Photography expanded its spatial storytelling into world-class filmmaking, earning top honors at the international Videographer Awards for "Silk Road," a campaign produced for Puri Sari Boutique. Translating structural design into evocative cinematic motion, the project captured how ambient light, coastal architecture, and luxury hospitality converge into an immersive guest journey. This accolade solidified the studio’s evolution into a full-scale visual agency—delivering both fine-art photography and high-converting video productions for premier properties.
1st Winner for Lumix Camera, National Competition
Building upon a foundation of fashion and fine art, Dekko Photography earned top honors as the 1st Place Winner in the Lumix Camera National Competition. Competing against premier visual artists across Indonesia, this victory validated the studio's technical precision, compositional discipline, and skill in controlling dynamic light under rigorous national competition standards.
